Sir John Lorimer pays tribute to Her Majesty
The Island lieutenant governor says The Queen will be remembered for her humility, grace and loyalty to everyone.
Sir John Lorimer, who met Her Majesty on a number of occasions, will attend her state funeral on Monday.
He delivered the first proclamation of King Charles as Lord of Mann on Sunday, and will do so again from Tynwald Hill on Friday.
