Chief Minister apologises for misunderstanding
The Chief Minister says he 'didn't bully anyone', after South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft attacked remarks he made in the House of Keys.
Howard Quayle dismissed the backbencher's criticism of his new Brexit bill this week, claiming Mrs Beecroft 'couldn't be bothered' to turn up to a key briefing on the subject.
He's now written to members to apologise, after it emerged Mrs Beecroft was in fact in attendance.
But Mr Quayle maintains she should have made her concerns known to staff before raising them in Keys.
