Kewaigue Primary School has honoured two of its former pupils for their non-stop efforts, in always doing their best and helping others.
Eleven-year-old Thomas Baggaley and Michael Mullin, who is twelve, were presented with the Alfie Gilmour Award for Endeavour, set-up in the name of the late employee of Douglas Gas, who attended the school.
The boys were presented with their trophies at the Manx Gas headquarters on South Quay last night.
Thomas led pupils in raising £30,000 for the school's astro pitch in the summer term.
