Happy ending for abandoned dogs
An appeal for information about the puppies dumped in the north of the Island a couple of months ago continues.
The four newborn collies were left in a tied-up bag near the civic amenity site.
They were taken to the ManxSPCA, whose staff reared them.
All four have now gone to their new homes, with appropriate owners, as MSPCA General Manager Juana Warburton explains:
