Public Health Isle of Man says it's 'managing' the current Cryptosporidiosis outbreak here.
It's caused by a parasite and can be contracted through contact with farm animals and sick pets or indirectly through contaminated food.
It has similar symptoms to food poisoning and, while they tend to go by themselves, they can last for two weeks.
Gemma Jones is the Public Health Registrar:

Quite a few farmers got in touch and said, you're doing a good thing because we don't want the whole industry, those farms that do open up to the public to try and make ends meet, we don't all want to be seen as really risky." - Clare Walker, Isle of Man Goats
Clare Walker, from Isle of Man Goats in Kirk Michael, took to social media to explain that the outbreak wasn't related to them, after some sites published photos of goats to highlight this issue.
She says there is still a way to visit farms safely despite the current outbreak:
