Planned changes to go before Tynwald in April
Harsher options were explored, but ultimately not used, when it came to plans to reform the Government Unified Scheme.

He's been speaking in the wake of the announcement the PSPA plans to change GUS, with members contributing up to 50% more to ultimately receive less.
