Port St Mary needs to 'move forward' according to David Scott, who's standing in this week's by-election.
He's highlighted issues with communication, as well as getting the golf club and pavilion 'sorted out'.
Residents can vote at Port St Mary Town Hall from 8am until 8pm on Thursday, 18 April.
