Workers to get 4% pay rise for 2024/25
The Public Services Commission has agreed to a 4 percent increase for two Isle of Man unions.
Civil service, manual and craft employees and all other staff of the Department of Education, Sport and Culture except teaching and lecturing staff will receive the increase for the year 2024/25.
The commission will continue negotiations with Unite regarding the second year of the two-year offer next month.
Last week Prospect accepted the offer and asked for the funds to be released immediately.
