Caine makes call after narrow vote loss

That's the call from Garff MHK Daphne Caine after she narrowly failed in Tynwald to establish a select committee to look at the advantages and disadvantages of housing 24 Syrian refugees on the Island.
The Council of Ministers has looked at the situation twice and each time endorsed donating aid money instead.
