
Joy over the news of a new six-month reciprocal health agreement with England, but continued anger at the Manx government over its handling of the affair.
That was the general reaction of protestors who were at today's Tynwald sitting and heard chief minister Tony Brown's shock announcement about the RHA.
Mr Brown told the court - and a packed public gallery - he'd only been told by the UK's secretary of state for health Andy Burnham at lunchtime.
