Prospect boss to meet members on Island

The General Secretary of the Prospect union is due on the island today.

Paul Noon is due to meet union members, and is also due to see the Chief Minister, although that's been described as a courtesy call by the Chief Ministers office and is unlikely to include substantive talks about issues the union is currently pursuing, like concerns over pension provision and what is termed the modernisation of the civil service.
