Plans for retail units, apartments and a restaurant on site
A bid for permission in principle to redevelop the former Marine Biological Station in Port Erin has been successful.
Planners approved the application to demolish the existing buildings and construct apartments, retails units and a restaurant this week (11 Nov).
More than 150 parking spaces are also included in the plans, which are available to view online on the government's planning portal.
