Engineering centre could bring jobs
The shipyard at Ramsey could become a centre for maritime engineering, according to the man behind the 400-berth Ramsey Bay marina.
Robin Bromley-Martin points to an example at Cowes on the Isle of Wight at the old Westlands Hovercraft building.
Mr Bromley-Martin says the site in Ramsey will need modernising and could link in with any future marina as well:
