Property worth almost £73 million was sold on the Island in July.

The figure was 27 percent up on the corresponding total for June, according to information published on the website propertyprices.im

During July 221 property sales were finalised - a rise of 36.4 percent on June.

Meanwhile the average sale price in July stood at £329,649.
