Most interest in the market has been from local people seeking to either up or downsize
After a quiet end to 2023 the local property market is stirring again.
That's the view of local estate agent Paul McArd of Harmony Homes, who says January has been busier than December.
Mr McArd says prices have been fairly stable, though in a few cases owners have found it necessary to adjust asking prices down a little to achieve sales.
He says most of the interest in the market has been from local people seeking to either up or downsize.
