Total value of sales in September said to top £45 million
The Island's housing market remains relatively buoyant according to the latest figures from the propertyprices.im website.
Transactions in the last two months remained steady with 128 completed in August and 130 in September.
The total value of sales in August topped £43.8 million and were bettered slightly the following month at £45.4 million.
The average sale price in August was just under £343,000 compared with almost £350,000 in September.
