Merger of representative bodies gives industry stronger voice
Promoting opportunities in the building industry is a priority following the merger of two leading groups representing the sector.
The Construction Forum has joined forces with the Chamber of Commerce Construction Committee, to create a stronger voice for those in the trade.
The merger aims to cut duplication of work and discussions carried out by the two groups in the past.
Isle of Man Construction Forum executive committee member Stephen Smyth says recruiting the younger generation to the sector is important.
