
The world famous Last Night of the Proms celebrations come to the Isle of Man this evening (Saturday).
Manx Concert Brass and the Manx National Youth Band are tuning up for the traditional festivities at the Gaiety Theatre.
Under the baton of Ian Clague - and with guest soloists Jon Quirk, from the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and singer Allan Wilcocks - the band will perform an all-embracing programme.
Band president Sir Laurence New says it's a fun night which encapsulates the spirit of the Proms:
