Traffic on Douglas promenade is now flowing normally after an accident there earlier this evening.
It happened just after 5pm, and involved a car and a motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist is understood to have received some injuries, although it is not known if they were serious.
Police advised motorists to avoid the area for a time, but the scene was later cleared.
