Bids for more than £3 million to improve the Island's roads and upgrade part of Douglas Promenade will be made in Tynwald next month.
Infrastructure minister David Cretney will seek approval to spend more than £1.6 million on the first phase of a scheme to transform the prom, from the Sea Terminal to Regent Street.
He'll also ask for an additional £1.7 million to add to the highways improvement budget - as part of a strategic programme.
And the minister will outline why an estimated £650,000 needs to be spent on refurbishing Ramsey Swing Bridge.
Funding for the bridge and promenade schemes was earmarked in this year's Manx budget .
Mr Cretney will table motions formally seeking funding approval for all three projects at the final Tynwald sitting of the year on 9 July.
