The Department of Trade and Industry is restating its commitment to finding jobs for people with disabilities.
Following the publication of new guidelines for employers, the DTI says its Disability Employment Service has enjoyed some success to date, and it hopes to help even more clients in the future.
A prominent member of the disabled community has described the latest initiative as 'too little, too late', but DTI member Juan Turner (pictured) believes progress is being made:
