One of the highlights of autumn in the Manx countryside takes place today.
The 26th Cronk-y-Voddy Produce Show and Big Spud weigh-in takes place at Ballakaighen Farm off the Staarvey Road.
Entries will be accepted between 9.30am and 11.30am this morning and there are classes for everything from cucumbers to best Victoria sponge made by a man.
The Big Spud weigh-in and official opening of the event to the public take place at 3pm.
Traditional skills of lanket and suggane making are on display at 7pm, followed by the auction of all the produce.
The event, organised by the Cronk-y-Voddy Ploughing Match Society is free to all - with proceeds going towards this year's charity - Crossroads Care.
