Problems for manx.net email

Technicians working to solve issue

Manx Telecom says users of its manx.net email platform could be experiencing problems this afternoon (Thurs)

It affects customers who access their email through the manx.net website. Users who have their mail forwarded to their own email software, on a mobile phone for example, are unaffected.

MT says technicians are working to solve the issue as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Customers are being encouraged to keep up to date through the network status page at manxtelecom.com/network or via the MT Facebook and Twitter social media channels.
