Sentence on a 26-year-old man who possessed £25 worth of heroin has been adjourned by High Bailiff Michael Moyle for reports.
David Peter Jopson, of Victoria Place in Douglas, admitted the offence.
The court heard he was detained and searched in the car park at Agrimark on October 21.
A wrap of brown powder and a syringe were found, which Jopson said were for his own use.
The court heard he had similar, previous convictions.
Mr Moyle bailed him until January 5, and warned him custody was a possibility.
