Life coach offers advice on protecting mental health
We have to prioritise what's being asked of us during the coronavirus lockdown to limit stress.
That's the message from life coach Marianne McCourt, who says the pressure to keep on top of everything can increase anxiety.
The coronavirus measures have seen an increase in new tasks for some, such as homeschooling, working from home and shopping for vulnerable relatives.
However, Marianne warns against trying to do everything:
"We think it's inhumane the way he was treated."
