
The Queen has appointed a former Lieutenant Governor of the Isle of Man to be Governor and Constable of Windsor Castle.
Air Marshal Ian McFadyen will take up the post on August 10, succeeding Surgeon Vice Admiral Ian Jenkins.
Mr McFadyen was Governor of the Isle of Man from October 2000 to October 2005.
