Isle of Man volunteers will be on duty over festive period
The pressure to have a perfect Christmas is one of the reasons people reach out to Samaritans over the festive period.
Volunteers from the charity will be working throughout Christmas to listen to those who feel lonely, isolated or just need someone to talk to.
The organisation takes one call every six seconds, and is expecting around 10,000 calls over Christmas.
