The Chief Executive of one of the UK's leading career guidance organisations will be speaking at a conference at the Mount Murray today.
Keiran Gordan of Greater Merseyside Connexions will be speaking at the Preparing Young People For Work Conference.
He will be addressing employers, educators and industry leaders with the aim to help prepare Manx students for the work place.
Mr Gordan outlined some of the main challenges young people face today after school.
