UK hotel chain Premier Inn is planning to open a new location in the Isle of Man.
A planning application has been submitted for the car park site behind Marks & Spencer on Market Street, Douglas.

Premier Inn is the UK's largest hotelier, operating more than 750 budget hotels across Britain.
The plans are pending approval by government.
