Man accused of rape remanded
A Ramsey man accused of rape and causing actual bodily harm will appear in court again in TT Week.
Philip Neill Baillie, care of the prison, appeared before Deemster Montgomerie at a Court of General Gaol Delivery this morning (Monday).
Mr Baillie denies both offences, which are said to have taken place in February.
No bail application was made and the case was adjourned until Tuesday, June 7 for a pre-trial review.
