Praise for hardy Island workers

Island workers who braved the arctic weather earlier this week are being praised for their efforts.

Despite heavy snow and subsequently ice which caused huge problems, not all workers stayed at home.

Although there will be a cost to Island businesses, chairman of the Chamber of Commerce retail committee, Steve Bradley, says that’s human nature.
