
Industrial action at the Isle of Man Post Office will mean a strike, unless negotiations can solve the dispute.
So says assistant secretary of the Communication Workers Union Terry Pullinger, after workers gave a resounding 'yes' vote in a secret ballot.
Eighty-five per cent of those polled backed strike action in a row over a pay freeze at the Post Office.
Mr Pullinger says union members were specifically asked whether they were willing to stage walkouts over the dispute:
