Buyer in discussions over the property's future
A former post office building in Douglas has changed hands for more than £1 million.
Buyer Thompson Holdings Limited says it's currently discussing the future and renovation of the building on Regents Street - which was built in 1886 - with a number of parties.
The property sold for £1.05 million after being placed on the market in June last year.
Owner James Thompson's background is in the worldwide aerospace industry and he moved to the Island four years ago.
Isle of Man Post Office is reminding customers the post boxes on the building are no longer in operation.
