The Ben-my-Chree sailing from Douglas to Heysham tomorrow evening is at risk of possible disruption or cancellation.
The Steam Packet says it is due to the forecast adverse weather conditions.
A decision on the sailing will be made by 5.30pm tomorrow, it's scheduled to leave at 7:45pm.
It means the journey back from Heysham to Douglas at 2.15am could also be affected.
