Held at 288p in pound
Port Erin Commissioners are holding the rate for the coming year.
It will remain at 288p in the pound - the fourth consecutive year there has been no increase.
There has been significant investment in the last 12 months in the town, including the creation of a new play area at Erin Crescent, replacement festoon lighting and replacement street lighting.
Provision has been made in the forthcoming year for a replacement refuse vehicle.
