Port Erin by-election to take place next month

Residents can vote for two potential commissioners

Port Erin Commissioners has issued a notice for the by-election to take place for two new members.

It's being held to fill two vacant seats.

One of these has been left empty after the resignation of Dawn Sim earlier this month.

The list of candidates is: 

• John Anslow
• Adele Betteridge
• Dawn Curry
• Hayley Fox
• David Silvester
• Ian Swindells

Residents can vote at Port Erin Commissioners office, on Bridson Street, from 8am on 8 December.

Voting will close at 8pm on the same day.
