Regime protects all departmental staff
Government staff who have concerns about wrongdoing within the workplace can voice them without fear of victimisation, discrimination or disadvantage.
Treasury minister Alfred Cannan told the House of Keys a whistleblowing policy was open to all the workforce in departments.
He said it protected staff who make disclosures in good faith and allowed their concerns to be addressed 'appropriately'.
