Public urged to report crime as it happens
People in Castletown are being urged to report issues of concern as they happen.
The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team says that will allow officers to respond more quickly.
Sergeant Ben Davies says they have a good relationship with the local community and information sharing is a vital component in both crime detection and prevention.
Whilst issues in the area tend to be low-level he says the sooner they are reported the faster they can be tackled:
You can contact Castletown Police Station on 822222 or 999 in an emergency.
