Five motorists dealt with last night on Mountain Road
Motorists who drive on roads which have been closed due to snow and ice will face robust action.
That's the message from the police after five vehicles were caught driving on the Mountain Road last night.
Two of the vehicles crashed, four drivers were issued with penalty notices and one was arrested.
Officers say the decision to close roads isn't taken lightly and is done so in the interest of public safety.
