Police target inexperienced bikers

Police are targetting inexperienced motorcyclists who have not completed their compulsory basic training.

Riders must complete a CBT course before taking their motorcycle or moped on public roads.

Recently, police have found a number of provisional licence holders, particularly teenagers, to be riding without the necessary training.
