It happened on Thursday (16 July)
Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident on Station Road in Ballasalla this week.
Officers are looking to speak with anyone who saw an interaction involving an adult male and female on Thursday (16 July), between 8pm-8.30pm.
One person has been arrested in connection with the incident and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
