Police are looking for witnesses following an altercation at the bus stop on Douglas Road in Castletown.
It occurred on Sunday (29 December) at about 3.30pm, next to the old Ford garage.
Officers believe there were members of public present in the area at the time and so are appealing for those to come forward and assist with investigations.
