Police say they'd like to talk to a car driver who spoke to a young girl last night.
It happened close to the Willaston shops on Keppel Road at about 9.30pm when the man, driving a three-door black saloon approached the 13 year old girl.
He spoke with an Irish accent and is described as being in his mid 30s, with medium length, curly blonde hair.
