Data reveals extent of missed work days over past four years
Police officers have missed more than 100 work days due to mental health issues since the start of this year.
Data, released in response to a Freedom of Information request from Manx Radio, shows the number of absences recorded in the last four years.
In 2019 there were 185 days missed – that jumped to 440 the following year but dropped to 373.5 in 2021.
This year, so far, 111 mental health absences have been recorded.
