Offenders could receive points and a fine
Those caught speeding are being warned they could face an on-the-spot fine of up to £120.
The warning comes after a number of complaints about those going excessively fast in the south of the Island.
Officers will be monitoring sveral speeding hotspots across the Island over the coming weeks to clamp down on the offence.
