Area busier than usual due to ongoing roadworks nearby
Police in the south of the Island are urging motorists to stick to the speed limit following an increase in traffic around Ballasalla.
The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team says the Crossag Road area has been busier than usual due to a number of roadworks schemes taking place nearby.
Officers will be conducting speed checks in the village, and warn those caught going too fast could face fines and penalty points.
