Incident took place last Sunday
Douglas police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted in the Courthouse last Sunday (17 December).
Officers say the incident took place in the upstairs bar area of the venue, between half past midnight and quarter to one.
The assailant was wearing a dark pink jumper and blue jeans, and caused the victim severe pain and bleeding to the nose.
Police are asking anyone who saw the incident to come forward and contact headquarters on 631212.
