A senior police officer says his recent move back to Ramsey has been like 'a homecoming' for him.
Inspector Richard Power took over as the new head of the Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team a week ago.
He is praising the work done by his predecessor, Inspector Derek Flint, and says it pays to have local knowledge and experience:
