Police evidence will be the central feature at Douglas Courthouse today on day five of the retrial of the Island’s Attorney General.
Fifty-two-year-old Stephen Harding denies a charge of perjury and committing acts against public justice, relating to the winding-up of former Island company Street Heritage in 2010.
It had run up an unpaid tax bill of more than £180,000.
Today the court will hear about Mr Harding’s interviews when questioned by police.
Proceedings will resume at 10.30am.
