Police close road in Douglas

Part of a road in Central Douglas is closed to traffic this lunchtime as police deal with an incident.

Victoria Road in Douglas has been closed between Broadway and Princes Avenue while police help a man on Woodville Terrace.

They were called there just after midday, and say they’re talking to the man to help address his welfare needs.

Officers stress there’s no risk to the public.
